About AIF

A.I. Foods Corporation (AIF) is a growing food manufacturing company based in East Los Angeles. We are seeking a strong, experienced General Manager to oversee company operations and lead our organization’s day-to-day activities.

This position will effectively take ownership of daily operations and serve as the operational leader of the company.

Position Summary

The General Manager will run overall operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and accountability across all departments. This role requires a process-oriented leader with strong personnel management skills and the ability to develop and maintain operational systems that support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support senior personnel to achieve departmental and company goals
• Create, improve, and maintain safety guidelines and compliance standards
• Develop and maintain quality control programs and standards
• Establish and refine company processes and procedures to ensure smooth operations
• Drive efficiency at every stage of production and operations
• Oversee weekly production scheduling
• Implement accountability systems and performance metrics
• Ensure consistent operational excellence and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or food production

· Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree is preferred

• Proven experience managing managers or senior-level staff
• Strong process development and organizational skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Highly organized and results-driven

Preferred:

• Experience in food manufacturing or other manufacturing
• Knowledge of safety and quality compliance standards (GMP, HACCP, etc.)
• Experience improving operational efficiency in a growing company

· Knowledge of Filipino language or culture

· Knowledge of Asian language or culture
