Filipino Male and Female Caregiver / CNA (12/24-Hour Care) Needed

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Filipino Male and Female caregivers to join our team for a specialized 24-hour care role in Baltimore, MD. This position is for a client whose patient is currently bed-bound and requires attentive, high-quality support with all daily activities and mobility.

Whether you are an experienced CNA or a dedicated home health professional, your skills will directly improve the safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being of a patient in need of constant care.

Primary Duties

• Direct Bedside Care: Provide essential assistance for a bed-bound patient, including bathing, changing, and moving/repositioning in bed to ensure comfort and skin integrity.
• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assist with grooming, dressing, and mobility support using specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary.
• Health Monitoring: Regularly check vital signs such as blood pressure and pulse, and observe for any changes in the patient's condition.
• Medication & Safety: Support medication administration following care plans and HIPAA guidelines.
• Nutritional Support: Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding as required.
• Emotional Support: Offer companionship and support to reduce feelings of loneliness or confusion.
• Environment Maintenance: Perform light housekeeping and ensure a clean, hygienic environment for the patient.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Specific Background: Experience as a Filipino Male and Female caregivers is requested for this specific client need.
• Clinical Experience: Proven experience in home health, nursing homes, or private duty care, particularly with bed-bound patients.
• Care Knowledge: Familiarity with patient observation, vital sign monitoring, and proper hygiene standards.
• Safety Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification are required.
• Physical Ability: Must be capable of performing heavy lifting and assisting with patient transfers and positioning.
• Personal Attributes: A compassionate, patient, and adaptable attitude is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 17 per week
