We are currently expanding our pool of freelance translators to support ongoing and upcoming translation projects.

Requirements

Languages Needed (including but not limited to):

Spanish
Chinese (Simplified and Traditional)

Cambodian (Khmer)

Japanese

Translation files may include:

Public-facing forms and letters
Government publications and outreach materials
System-generated notices
Legal or compliance-related content
Community-specific documents
Emergency alerts and urgent communications
General informational content

Minimum Qualifications:

At least 3 years of translation experience
Native or near-native fluency in both source and target language(s)
Strong attention to linguistic and cultural accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and follow formatting guidelines
Familiarity with CAT tools like Trados or MemoQ preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience translating legal, government, or public service content
Membership in recognized translator associations (e.g., ATA)
