Farmer's Market Sales Representative (Filipino required)

Chafolio is a passionate and growing tea company dedicated to bringing the finest Chinese teas to our customers. We are currently operating at over 90 farmers' market locations in California, and ~40 locations in the Bay area.

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Farmer's Market Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with people, has a knack for sales, and is enthusiastic about tea!

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples ahead of the market
• Set up and manage our booth at local farmer's markets
• Engage with customers, educate them about our products, and drive sales
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and attractive booth
• Monitor inventory levels and report back to the main office
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for all customers

Requirements

• Must have a car, ideally a 4-door sedan, to transport products and booth materials
• Able to handle weights over 45lbs
• Fluent in English & Filipino; additional languages are a plus
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about selling
• Strong communication skills and a positive, optimistic attitude
• Preferably some knowledge about Chinese tea
• Preferably some sales experience

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
