Treatment Coordinator

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team! If you love working with patients, enjoy collaborating with a great group of professionals, and have strong knowledge of dental treatments and financing options, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate their treatment plans.
• Verify HMO and PPO insurance coverage.
• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, using your knowledge of dental terminology.
• Help patients find affordable options for their treatment, including payment plans and financing.
• Provide top-notch customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Keep the office organized and welcoming for our patients.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator.
• Comfortable working with multiple providers in a busy practice.
• Available on weekends
• Knowledge of dental software (Open Dental is a plus).
• Spanish and Tagalog huge plus

• $20-$25/hr DOE
