We are looking for a caring and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Do general Nursing Assessment for active and prospective clients
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, etc.)
• Give medications and treatments as ordered
• Help assess patients' needs with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and report any changes in a patient's condition
• Keep patient records updated and accurate
• Work with other administrative staff to provide the best care

Requirements

• Current LPN license in [state]
• Completed a state-approved nursing program
• CPR/BLS certification
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
