We specialize in formal gowns, prom dresses, and special occasion fashion, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fun and dynamic retail environment.

Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. Tagalog or Ilocano speakers are highly preferred to connect with our local community, but Tagalog-speaking applicants are welcome as well.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly face guiding customers through their shopping experience while helping keep the boutique organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.

Schedule & Hours

• Current team coverage: Monday ∿ Wednesday (9 AM ∿ 3 PM)
• Remaining availability: approximately 33 hours per week

These hours may include afternoons, evenings, and weekends depending on store needs.

This role is structured as a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting gowns or dresses
• Help customers find outfits for proms, weddings, pageants, and special events
• Take photos and short videos of inventory for online listings and social media
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays and keep the store organized
• Operate the POS system for transactions including cash and card payments
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and dress organization
• Support daily boutique operations to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus)

• Comfortable using Instagram, apps, and basic technology
• Interest in fashion styling or content creation
• Enjoys being on camera or helping with live selling
• Experience creating social media content

Experience

• Previous retail or boutique sales experience preferred
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math
• Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog or Ilocano
• Ability to assist with merchandising, displays, and inventory organization
• Excellent customer service skills and friendly phone etiquette
