Per Diem Pharmacist needed for Independent Long
Term Care Pharmacy that deals with assisted living homes, Hospices, etc... Must be familiar with long term care processing and dealing with hospice meds (high number of narcotic prescriptions), must be committed. Must have people skills, excellent phone skills, proactive, prompt, responsible, computer savvy, problem solver, independent and on time. Must be willing to learn pharmacy system, and pharmacy processes . Duties will include customer service with patients, caregivers of patients / doctor office staff, consultation of any and all meds prescribed and OTC products, phone / fax / escript prescription processing. Bilingual Spanish / Tagalog / Armenian is a plus. Will train. Please send your resume for review. Must have valid CA Pharmacist license. Hospice experience a PLUS

Evening shift 5pm - 11pm and Day shift 9am-5:30pm for Saturday and Sundays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
