We are looking for a female caregiver for a newly built 6-bed board and care in Reseda Ranch. Live-in preferred.

The caregiver will be one of two caregivers working together to care for our 6 residents. Duties include cleaning, cooking, and helping our residents with daily activities.

Responsibilities

Must speak English.

Must be Filipino speaker.

• Provide attentive personal care, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor residents’ vital signs and health status regularly to ensure well-being
• Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
• Assist with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met and dietary restrictions are followed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks and adhering to infection control standards
• Support residents’ social engagement through activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
• Operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts safely to support mobility and prevent injury
