Courier Driver (tagalog speaking preferred) Covering – Honolulu & Surrounding Areas

Job Title: Pick-Up Courier/Driver for Packages to be Shipped through LBC Honolulu & Surrounding Areas

Job Summary: The Pick-Up Courier/Driver will be responsible for picking up packages from customers and ensuring their safe and timely delivery to our West Covina office to be shipped to the Philippines. The Courier/Driver will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up packages from customers in a timely and professional manner
• Safely transport packages to the Portland warehouses
• Maintain accurate records of package pickups and deliveries
• Ensure that all packages are properly labeled and secured for transport
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with the team to coordinate pickups and deliveries
• Keep up-to-date with any changes to shipping regulations or requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and driving record
• Ability to lift and carry packages
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with shipping regulations and requirements is a plus

Working Conditions: This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. The Courier/Driver will spend a significant amount of time driving and must be comfortable working in various weather conditions. This is a physically demanding job that requires the ability to lift and carry packages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
