MAE MORGAN HOMECARE STAFFING is looking for Office Staff who is people friendly and responsible to:

Must be fluent in English & Tagalog.
Staffing experience preferred
Caregiver experience a plus.
Coordinate and schedule caregivers per clients and their families’ needs.
Must be flexible to work some evenings and occasional weekends if needed.
Must have excellent phone skills, as well as both written and verbal communication.
Must have the ability to problem solve effectively with compassion and urgency.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to communicate to persuade information effectively.
Able to use computer (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Sheet)
Team player who can work well with caregivers, clients and peers.
Ability to multi-task with competing priorities independently and follow through/complete assigned tasks.
Must be a good listener, be detail oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.
No experience necessary – will train. Looking for altruistic personality with good attitude and dedication.
