Job Description
This role provides support for consumers with language needs through end-to-end call handling or acting as an interpreter based on license status.
The team also supports Group Retiree Consumers in a Sales Support capacity to provide education to Retirees who are offered custom plan benefits.
- Primary responsibilities include providing support for consumers and members needing in-language support, supporting inbound call volume, and providing education during Q3 and Q4 for Group Retiree inbound call volume.
- Additional responsibilities include uptraining to support Group Retiree prospective member chats through LivePerson technology and completing enrollment applications through LivePerson as applicable.
