About the position

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound and make outbound calls to prospective members.
  • Educate prospective members on the benefits of Molina products.
  • Conduct enrollment into desired products after the sales cycle is complete.
  • Set up in-person meetings and take RSVPs to events for prospective members who do not want to enroll over the telephone.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
  • Conduct presentations using approved guidelines, needs analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted Life and Health Insurance License.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a telesales environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with senior citizens and low-income individuals.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, French, or Spanish.
