Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness across all areas, including bathrooms and kitchens
• Care for floors through appropriate cleaning techniques like carpet cleaning and floor polishing
• Prepare meals or assist with basic cooking tasks as needed to support household or client needs
• Manage custodial tasks efficiently, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Daily Pet care

Qualifications

• Fluency in Filipino (Tagalog) with excellent communication skills in English preferred
• Proven experience in residential cleaning in fine, large homes
• 5 years of professional housekeeping experience
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation standards, floor care, carpet cleaning, and laundry processes
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Previous experience in customer service roles is advantageous
