Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. Tagalog or Korean speaking is a Plus!

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various office functions. This position requires proficiency in office management and computer skills, particularly with the Google Suite.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs promptly.
Maintain organized office systems, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Utilize Google Suite for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Support dental receptionist duties as required, including patient check-in and record management.
Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.

Experience

Previous experience in an administrative role or office management is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is essential.
Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software programs.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Experience in a dental office setting or as a dental receptionist is a plus but not required.
