Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Business Partner located in San Mateo, CA. The HR Business Partner will oversee strategic HR initiatives, facilitate employee relations, and implement talent management strategies. Responsibilities include supporting workforce planning, performance management, and training and development programs. This role will also involve providing guidance on HR policies, conducting employee consultations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
• Experience in workforce planning, recruitment processes, and talent acquisition
• Strong communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of leadership development, organizational behavior, and change management
• Experience in creating and implementing training and development programs
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and provide strategic insights
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is an asset
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in a fast-paced or multinational environment is a plus
