Assembly Technician (Must be fluent in filipino/mandarin)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler who is fluent in Mandarin and/or Filipino to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly process, ensuring that products are fabricated and assembled efficiently and accurately. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with various tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Assemble components and parts according to specifications and engineering drawings.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to fabricate and assemble products.
• Operate forklifts as needed for moving materials within the warehouse.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning new techniques.
• Must be able to read and understand wire diagrams
