We are seeking skilled and experienced Tagalog interpreters for an exciting remote, over-the-phone interpreting (OPI) project in the healthcare sector. This role is essential in supporting Tagalog-speaking patients and healthcare providers, ensuring clear, accurate, and culturally sensitive communication.

Responsibilities:

Provide over-the-phone interpretation between Tagalog and English in medical settings.
Interpret medical terminology, patient instructions, and treatment plans accurately.
Assist patients in understanding healthcare services, including insurance and benefits.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards.

Qualifications/Eligibility:

Fluency in Tagalog and English.
Certification or proven experience in medical interpreting.
Familiarity with medical terminology.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
US residency required.
