Intake Paralegal - Bilingual (M-F)

Thompson Law, a nationally growing personal injury firm, seeks an Intake Paralegal for our office in the Los Angeles region, located at:

About the job:

This is a fast-paced team environment that is committed to excellent work and enjoying what we do. The position entails answering incoming calls and interacting with potential new clients over the phone and in person in a caring manner. Responding to calls efficiently and accurately, including addressing concerns, notifying paralegals and investigators, providing excellent customer service, and performing other administrative duties.

Available Schedules:

• Monday - Friday: 10 AM - 7 PM
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Entry to mid-level experience with 2-4+ years in a heavy phone and administrative environment such as a contact center or medical office.
• Proficient computer and administrative skills
• Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary.
• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
• REQUIRED: Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Other languages considered for the position: Chinese-Mandarin/Cantonese, Tagalog, and Vietnamese
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Intake Paralegal experience
• Personal injury law firm experience
  
  

Total Compensation Package:

• $24-$28 per hour ($50K-$60K per year) + Bonus
