English to Filipino Translator for Children's Book

Looking for a translator to translate a childrens book "Donna the Dugong - A tale from the Seagrass Meadows" (see Amazon) into Filipino (Tagalog).
Please provide a fixed-price offer along with your hourly rate or rate by word. The book is about 2500 words long. Translation for Amazon descriptions are another approximate 300 words.
Filipino/Tagalog Language instructors preferred, students of filipino language very welcome.
Provide your background and sample projects.
Alignment with advocacy is a plus.
