Filipino Dubbing Experts Needed

We are seeking 3 experienced Filipino/Tagalog Dubbing Experts to help refine and elevate the quality of AI-powered dubbing for serialized video content translated from English and Chinese into Filipino.

This role sits at the intersection of language, performance, and audiovisual localization.

The ideal candidate is a native-level Filipino speaker with a strong ear for natural dialogue, emotional delivery, pacing, and dubbing adaptation.

We are specifically looking for professionals who understand how spoken language should sound in real performance contexts — not just grammatically correct, but authentic, fluent, emotionally aligned, and natural for an Indonesian audience.

Responsibilities

• Refine translated dialogue to sound natural, fluent, and culturally appropriate for a Filipino audience
• Adapt dialogue to fit dubbing constraints, including pacing, timing, emotional delivery, and spoken rhythm
• Ensure scripts match the intended tone, expression, and performance of the original content
• Improve dialogue flow, authenticity, and overall spoken naturalness
• Apply revisions based on internal QA and review comments
• Review and adjust dialogue for intonation, cadence, and delivery suitability
• Collaborate closely with localization and production teams to ensure consistency across episodes
• Help optimize AI dubbing output for more human-sounding performances

Requirements

• Native-level Filipino speaker
• Excellent ear for natural spoken dialogue and conversational rhythm
• Strong understanding of Filipino phrasing, tone, slang, and cultural nuance
• Experience in dubbing, audiovisual localization, ADR, script adaptation, subtitling, or related fields
• Ability to adapt dialogue while preserving meaning, emotional intent, and timing constraints
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments
• Full-time availability during the project period

Nice to Have

• Strong English OR Chinese proficiency
• Experience with AI dubbing workflows or localization platforms
• Background in video editing, audio engineering, or voice production
• Experience working with dubbed content for streaming, film, TV, or digital media
• Familiarity with lip-sync adaptation and performance-based localization
• Experience reviewing or directing voice performance
