Focus: Philippines-based web developer candidates only

We need a recruiter or hiring specialist to help us source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for one specific role: a full-time Web Developer based in the Philippines.

This is a one-time hiring project, not an ongoing HR position.

The developer we are looking for must have strong experience with WordPress, Elementor, GoHighLevel, custom code, AI tools, and web design.

Responsibilities

Source qualified Filipino web developer candidates

Review applications, portfolios, and work samples

Screen candidates for WordPress, Elementor, GoHighLevel, and technical experience

Confirm availability for full-time US Eastern Time hours

Help filter out unqualified or generic applicants

Shortlist the strongest candidates for interview

Keep candidate notes organized and easy to review

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment, hiring, or candidate screening

Experience hiring remote Filipino workers preferred

Experience recruiting for web development, technical, creative, or agency roles preferred

Familiarity with platforms like OnlineJobs.ph, Upwork, Indeed, or similar

Strong communication and organization skills

Able to identify candidates who are skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented

This is a fixed project with a budget of $200.
