I’m looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Personal Assistant to support me with daily administrative and coordination tasks. Since most of my clients are Filipino, I’m looking for someone who is comfortable communicating in both English and Filipino (Tagalog) and understands Filipino culture and communication style.
You’ll be working closely with me, so attention to detail, initiative, and clear communication are very important.
Responsibilities
Customer support and CRM management
Calendar and schedule management
Email inbox management and follow-ups
Client coordination and basic communication
Data entry and document organization
Social media support (LinkedIn)
Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Personal Assistant
Fluent in English and Filipino (Tagalog)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented and dependable
Comfortable working independently
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Zoom, spreadsheets, etc.)
Stable internet connection
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Experience supporting clients or businesses with Filipino customers
Familiarity with Canva, Asana, or similar tools
Background in admin, customer service, or operations
