Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Jewelry Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service while exploring our exquisite collection of jewelry. As a Jewelry Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping experience and assisting customers in selecting the perfect pieces to suit their needs.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers warmly, providing personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.
Demonstrate product knowledge by showcasing jewelry features and benefits through effective product demonstrations.
Operate the POS system and cash register accurately, processing transactions efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
Assist in managing stock levels, including receiving new inventory, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing.
Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards for presentation and safety.
Utilize basic math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and calculations as needed.

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Experience in supervising or mentoring team members is a plus.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
Proven sales skills with a track record of achieving sales goals in a retail environment.
Familiarity with product demonstrations that highlight the unique qualities of jewelry items.
Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers for seamless transaction processing.
Basic math skills for handling pricing inquiries and transactions accurately.
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, particularly within the jewelry or luxury goods sector.
Retail sales experience - Required
Tagalog Speaking - Highly Preferred
Jewelry Sales - 1+ year highly preferred
