Workday Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities:

Work closely with supply chain stakeholders to resolve system issues and evaluate enhancements, upgrades, or transitions.
Serve as the lead point of contact for a cloud-based platform supporting supply chain functions.
Configure modules related to procurement and inventory in collaboration with domain experts.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot user issues, and manage enhancement requests.
Prioritize and resolve tickets in line with service expectations.
Communicate resolutions clearly to end users.
Support system rollouts and updates by assisting with change management and user adoption efforts.
Participate in internal audits and support IT control processes.
Monitor system updates and industry trends to recommend improvements.

Required:

3+ years configuring Workday supply chain modules
Strong communication skills
