Job Description
MA Technologies, LLC is seeking Call Center Operators to provide 24/7 telephone
switchboard services at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. This role
is critical in ensuring hospital calls are answered promptly and directed to the correct
department or personnel.
Responsibilities
- Answer 90% of calls within 20 seconds, ensuring high service levels.
- Direct calls to appropriate hospital staff, clinics, or emergency services.
- Utilize Cisco Unified Communications and NICE CXone call center software.
- Maintain accurate call logs and escalate urgent calls when necessary.
- Follow HIPAA and hospital security guidelines.
Qualifications
- Entry-Level: 6+ months of customer service or call center experience.
- Mid-Level: 2+ years of call center or hospital switchboard experience.
- Senior-Level: 4+ years of call center operations, medical dispatch, or military
communication experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with hospital or emergency call center environments.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus (Spanish, Tagalog, Arabic, etc.).
