AppleOne Staffing, the largest independently owned staffing agency providing employment, workforce management, and procurement solutions to Fortune 500 organizations, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter for their growing Wall Street office.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets to drive revenue growth in staffing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored staffing solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and expand market presence.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and candidate qualifications.
Recruitment:
- Conduct in-depth interviews and comprehensive vetting of candidates to ensure optimal alignment with client needs.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with a focus on professionalism and strategic fit.
- Leverage VMS and ATS platforms, including Beeline, Fieldglass, and Greenhouse, to streamline talent acquisition workflows.
- Maintain accurate and organized tracking of candidates, clients, and requisitions throughout the full recruitment life cycle.
- Facilitate the end-to-end process of applicant intake, order fulfillment, and successful placement.
- Execute consistent and proactive follow-up with candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Account Management
- Manage key accounts while nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and alignment with staffing needs.
- Manage the full client relationship lifecycle—from onboarding and order intake to placement and post-hire support.
- Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to deliver qualified candidates that meet client expectations and timelines.
- Monitor and manage requisitions through various VMS platforms (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass), ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Facilitate regular check-ins with hiring managers and stakeholders to maintain engagement and gather feedback.
- Resolve client and candidate issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Upsell staffing services by identifying client expansion opportunities and introducing value-added offerings
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of recruitment and account management experience in Staffing industry
- 2-3 years of business development experience in Staffing industry
- Experience recruiting for Financial Services, Non-profit and Technical positions highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, organizational skills and follow-through
- Proficiency with MS Outlook and Office Suite
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Proficiency with basic Math skills including calculated percentages
