About the Role
As our part-time LCSW, you will provide clinical oversight, support, and short-term behavioral health services in collaboration with our team of CHWs. You’ll help elevate our impact by guiding staff, completing psychosocial assessments, supporting resource navigation, and strengthening care coordination for clients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical guidance and consultation to CHWs managing high-need clients. Conduct psychosocial assessments and brief mental health interventions (in-person or virtual)• Participate in care planning and client case reviews. Support development of mental health-related workflows, safety plans, and referral protocols. Facilitate monthly training sessions for CHWs (e.g., trauma-informed care, mental health first aid). Maintain appropriate documentation and submit basic reports
Qualifications
Active LCSW license in California (required)
Minimum 2 year of clinical experience, ideally with underserved or marginalized populations
Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally responsive care practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience supporting or supervising CHWs, peer advocates, or case managers is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or other languages) is a bonus

Pay: $2,000.00 per month
