OVERVIEW:
Our client, a US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human services agencies in the US, seeks an accomplished “Bilingual Customer Service Rep – 100% REMOTE”
Position: Bilingual Customer Service Rep – 100% REMOTE!!!
Location: Texas
Duration: 6 months+ temp-to-hire
Pay rate: $16.50/hr on W2
Important:
- Bilingual fluency in English and one of these commonly spoken languages: Spanish, Japanese, Laotian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Cambodian, Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Hmong, Tagalong and Armenian.
- Work schedule: Must be available 7AM to 7 PM PST, Monday through Friday
- The client MUST have their own Laptop/ computer to work REMOTELY
- Wired internet connection from computer to router or modem (Download – 20 Mbps minimum & Upload – 5 Mbps minimum)
- Candidate can be located anywhere in CA, TX, AZ.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- High school diploma or GED required, Associate degree is preferred; ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information;
- ability to comply with current and updated policies and procedures;
- ability to interact courteously and effectively with a diverse population; cultural competency;
- excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline oriented work environment;
- ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; and ability to work as a team member, as well as independently;
- proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time;
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web based portal regarding information on programs and services
- Record customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Address customer’s inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns
- Perform data entry accurately
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
