What You'll Do:

Deliver physical therapy evaluations and treatments in patients’ homes
Document visits using TherapyBoss (easy-to-use and therapist-designed!)
Coordinate as needed with local home health agency partners
Keep notes timely and compliant—no red tape or corporate nonsense

You’re a Great Fit If You:

Hold an active PT license in Illinois
Have 1+ year of home health or outpatient experience (preferred but not required)
Value clinical independence and time freedom
Are organized, reliable, and great at patient communication
Feel confident using EMR or digital documentation platforms

Bonus Points If You:

Speak a second language (Spanish, Tagalog, Vietnamese, etc.)
Have a background in ortho, neuro, or post-op care
Are open to weekend or same-day visit availability (optional)

How Scheduling Works:

Set your own hours
No minimum caseloads
Choose consistent territories or flexible assignments
Work how you want: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, or long-term contracts
