We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant 1 to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations by providing administrative support to our staff and management. This position requires strong time management skills, attention to details and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

3 or 4 days per a week.

Work Location: One location

Requirements

Proven one year experience as an Administrative Assistant.
A bilingual in English and Tagalog, or English and Spanish and French or Creole.
A strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A minimum of a bachelor degree is required.
Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and power point.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
