Responsibilities

Greet patients professionally and warmly. Make them feel welcomed and happy.
Succeed at treatment plan presentation, signed financial agreements, collection at time of service and scheduling to goal.
Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal patient flow.
Billing and posting accurate patient records and manage electronic filing systems.
Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Handle payment collections and insurance verifications.
Strong phone etiquette & customer service skills. Ability to multitask & maintain a friendly demeanor.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless clinic operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 consecutive years of a Dental Administrator, Financial Coordinator, Office Manager or in a similar administrative role within a dental practice is required.
Proficiency in Eaglesoft.
Goal oriented, outcome driven individual.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on creating an amazing experience for each patient's visit.
Able to receive feedbacks well and work collaboratively with each team member.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to details.
