Job Description
GreatMinds VA is hiring Filipino-speaking caregivers to provide personalized, in-home support to seniors and individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. This position is ideal for compassionate individuals who value dignity, culture, and dedicated care.
We are hiring on behalf of licensed U.S. homecare companies who are actively seeking skilled caregivers in Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Escorting clients to appointments
- Observing and reporting changes in client condition
Requirements
- Fluency in Filipino (Tagalog) and English
- At least 6 months of professional or family caregiving experience
- Valid work authorization in the U.S.
- Must pass a background check
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
