Initial Requirements:

Current license to practice in CA
Current CPR certification
Current CA driver's license plus proof of car insurance.
Minimum one year clinical experience (two+ years preferred)
Bi/Multi-lingual skills are highly desired (e.g. Spanish, Russian, Tagalog, etc.)

Required experience:

Physical Therapist: 1 year

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in home health settings, assessing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to enhance patient recovery and mobility.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for discharge planning and care coordination.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Communicate effectively with multilingual patients, ensuring understanding of treatment plans and progress.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $164,000.00 per year
