Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead generation, territory management, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to engage potential clients and showcase our products through compelling demonstrations. Key Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners
● Collaborate with Enrollment Specialist to ensure successful enrollment
● Organize and conduct events to promote the PACE program
● Maintain CRM software records
● Adhere to DHCS and CM regulations
● Develop marketing plans for enrollment
● Collaborate with management on retention strategies
● Attend community and healthcare events to increase census
● Identify opportunities to enhance referral process

Schedule and Shift Details: 8a-5p, M-F
● Hybrid - In field work 2-3 days/wk, onsite at clinic center 2-3 days/wk

Travel - Local to LA area

Bilingual Requirement: English + Any of the following below:
● Spanish, Korean, or Tagalog
