Client Concierge – Remote (1099 Contract)

We are a veteran-owned, women-led, and multilingual immigration services firm providing non-attorney immigration form preparation and compassionate support for individuals and families navigating complex immigration processes.

We’re rapidly growing and looking for dedicated Client Concierges to join our mission-driven team. This is a fully remote, 1099 contract opportunity with potential for advancement to full-time employment after a 90-day probation period.

About the Role:

As a Client Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking support with immigration services. Your role will be to connect with clients, listen to their needs, match them with appropriate services, and guide them through our intake process. You’ll work closely with an assigned Regional Director, participate in weekly virtual team meetings, and complete daily check-ins to ensure communication and client care remain at the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct intake calls and respond to client inquiries with empathy and professionalism
Meet monthly client referral and conversion goals
Collaborate with the Regional Director to support case pipeline and reporting
Maintain accurate notes in our CRM (Docketwise) and client tracking systems
Attend mandatory weekly team meetings and maintain daily communication
Serve as a liaison for non-English speaking clients in your supported language

We Are Seeking Individuals Who Are Fluent In (Preferred but Not Limited To):

Spanish, Arabic, Urdu, Turkish, French, German, Russian, Uzbek, Farsi
All African languages (e.g., Swahili, Amharic, Somali, Yoruba, etc.)
All Asian languages (e.g., Hindi, Bengali, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Mandarin, etc.)

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for supporting immigrant communities
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Comfortable with basic tech platforms (email, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
Prior experience in customer service, social work, immigration, or advocacy is a plus

Contract & Advancement:

1099 Contract Role
Performance-based promotion to W-2 hourly employment available after 90-day probationary period
