Home Health Speech Therapist **(Per Diem)**

Mare Island Home Health Inc. provides services to the following cities in the following counties:

Solano County
Yolo County
Contra Costa County
Napa County

Initial Requirements:

Current SLP license to practice in CA
Current CPR certification
Current CA driver's license plus proof of car insurance.
Minimum one year clinical experience (two+ years preferred)
Computer/Internet experience (online charting to be used)
Bi/Multi-lingual skills a plus (e.g. Spanish, Russian, Tagalog, etc.)

Required experience:

Clinical Speech Therapist: 1 year

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate speech and language needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
Provide speech therapy services in home health settings, ensuring adherence to medical terminology and anatomy knowledge.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Educate patients and families on speech therapy techniques and strategies for improvement.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
Utilize multilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations.

Pay: Up to $135,200.00 per year
