- Mind Matters Center is a growing, Asian- and women-owned therapy practice committed to providing inclusive, culturally responsive care, especially for Asian American and BIPOC communities. We’re currently looking for warm, thoughtful bilingual therapists (fluent in an Asian language) who want to make a real difference in their clients’ lives. What You’ll Do:
- Provide Therapy – Deliver high-quality therapy to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate life’s challenges and achieve their personal goals.
- Serve Bilingual Clients – Offer therapy in both English and an Asian language to increase accessibility for clients who prefer sessions in their native language.
- Innovate & Collaborate – Work with a dynamic team of therapists, sharing insights and strategies to enhance our services and outcomes continually.

- Maintain Clinical Documentation – Use EHR to ensure ethical and legal compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Therapist – LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in California.
- Bilingual Proficiency – Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Hindi, Japanese, or another Asian language is highly preferred.
- Experience & Expertise – Strong background in therapy services for individuals, couples, or families, with experience in evidence-based modalities (CBT, EMDR, IFS, EFT, etc.).
- Cultural Competency – Passion for working with Asian American clients and other diverse populations.
- Compassion & Empathy – A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care.
- Technology Knowledge – Familiarity with Google Suite and EHR.
- Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills – Ability to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
