Key Responsibilities:

Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and requirements. Conduct in-depth consultations to create customized itineraries that meet their unique travel goals.
Booking and Reservations: Utilize travel booking systems (SABRE GDS) to make reservations for flights. confirm bookings and provide clients with detailed itineraries.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely responses to ensure a positive experience.
Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, industry developments, and travel restrictions. Advise clients on safety protocols, travel advisories, and health-related information.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet sales targets and revenue goals by promoting travel packages and upselling additional services to clients.

What You’ll Do:

Work warm inbound leads from our social media campaigns, website, and marketing funnels
Follow up quickly and professionally by phone, email, or text
Qualify leads and guide them through our travel booking process
Build relationships, create urgency, and close sales for tours, cruises, flights, and vacation packages
Use a consultative approach to match clients with the best travel options
Update CRM with lead activity and follow-up notes
Work closely with our travel advisors to ensure smooth post-sale handoff

Proven experience in sales or commission-based roles (travel industry a HUGE plus)
Strong closer mentality — confident, goal-oriented, and persistent
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Self-starter with a passion for travel and helping others
Comfortable using phone, email, and CRM tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements for Travel Consultant:

Proven experience as a Travel Advisor or similar role in the travel industry.
In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.
SABRE knowledge.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
