What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Serve as Director of Nursing for our AHCA license application
- Lead clinical oversight of skilled and non-skilled home health services
- Supervise RN, LPN, and HHA teams; review all plans of care
- Develop and manage policies, procedures, and clinical protocols
- Oversee quality improvement, incident tracking, and survey readiness
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Florida Chapter 400 and 59A-8 F.A.C.
- Participate in on-call RN rotation and provide field coverage when needed
- Collaborate on hiring, onboarding, and mentorship of new staff
- Act as the primary clinical contact for AHCA reviewers and auditors
What You Need:
- Active Florida RN License (Required)
- At least 2 years of home health experience
- 1+ year in a supervisory or leadership capacity (DON, RN Manager, etc.)
- Experience with AHCA rules, OASIS documentation, and plan of care reviews
- Must pass a Level 2 background screening (or willing to complete)
- Must be listed on AHCA application as DON
- Reliable transportation and valid FL driver’s license
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with Alora, Kinnser, or Axxess EMRs
- Wound care or IV therapy certifications
- Bilingual (Spanish, Creole, or Tagalog)
- Past involvement in a startup or new licensure process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
