We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Service BDC Representative to join our growing team.
Position Summary:
The Service BDC Representative plays a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to internet service inquiries, and scheduling appointments for our Toyota service department. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and excels in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer inbound service and operator calls, transferring customers to appropriate departments as needed
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, missed/no-show follow-ups, lead generation, cold calls, and service campaign outreach
- Schedule and confirm service appointments using dealership software and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
- Respond to internet and email inquiries regarding Toyota service needs in a timely, professional manner
- Perform light administrative tasks, including scanning and organizing service files
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Toyota services, recalls, and maintenance plans to provide accurate information
- Coordinate closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure seamless customer hand-offs and efficient service flow
Qualifications
Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and a professional, customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be available to work Saturdays (non-negotiable).

Preferred:
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Automotive industry experience, especially in a dealership or service environment
- Bilingual in Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), Tagalog is a plus
- Experience with Toyota DMS/CRM systems (e.g., CDK, Xtime, Dealerfx) is highly valued

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
