Staff Boom is an outsourcing company based out of Anaheim, California with locations abroad in the countries of the Philippines and Peru. At Staff Boom we specialize in customized staffing and consulting solutions for medium to large sized businesses with heavy emphasis on the insurance industry including insurance retailers, wholesalers, and carriers. We provide outsourcing services in our remote facilities; these services include back-office insurance processing, accounting/finance, customer service, lead generation, data entry, IT, marketing, among others.

Staff Boom is seeking a motivated and effective Operations Manager to optimize our day-to-day operations and enhance overall client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills, adept at problem solving, and committed to continuous improvement. You’ll be instrumental in streamlining processes, managing resources, and ensuring our operations align with our strategic goals.

Desired Skills & Experience

Insurance industry background and experience (1 year required)
Bilingual in Spanish or Tagalog is not required but would be an asset
Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
1 year of customer service experience (required)
Analytical and critical thinking skills (required)
Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
Collaborative team player
Experience developing standard operating procedures to streamline operational efficiency
Strong technical skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn new software programs and agency management systems quickly

Key activities/Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Analyze existing operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards for our company and clients.
Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel and materials, to ensure optimal productivity.
Develop and track key performance indicators. Analyze data and provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance.
Ensure all operational activities and initiatives comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Work closely with other departments (Sales, IT, Finance, HR, etc.) to ensure seamless operations and achieve company-wide objectives.
Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, adapting quickly to changing circumstances and prioritizing solutions to minimize disruptions.
Manage operational budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and productivity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
