Associate degree or higher
1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
Enrollment Sales
Healthcare Sales
Health Plan Sales
Medicare Sales
Knowledge of LA County market
Are you bilingual in Spanish, Korean or Tagalog
Proof of a valid CA driver’s license, personal transportation, good driving record and auto insurance
Do you live within 10 miles of Downtown LA

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Community Health Worker to join our team at S&B Consulting Group. In this role, you will play a vital part in connecting communities with essential health services, advocating for health education, and promoting wellness initiatives. Your contributions will be instrumental in enhancing community health outcomes.

Responsibilities

Engage with community members to assess their health needs and provide appropriate resources.
Facilitate access to healthcare services and support programs for individuals and families.
Conduct outreach activities to promote health awareness and education within the community.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and organizations to enhance service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of community interactions and health outcomes.
Advocate for policies that improve community health and access to care.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Community Health Worker or in a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse populations.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of local health resources and services is an advantage.
Passion for improving community health and well-being.
